Nigeria Land Reform and Rural Transformation Overview

When the North of Nigeria was colonized by the British government, it passed the Proclamation of 1900 and annexed all the land in the region. The colonial government North of Nigeria subsequently set up Northern Nigeria Lands Committee of 1908.
