Mogale Daniel Diseko
Role: Editing and Research Specialist
Mogale has 17 years of management and organisational development experience in the public sector. This includes 11 years in the military incorporating training and management best practices from working with US, French and Canadian militaries. In addition, Dr Diseko has more than 6 years of policy development, coordination and project management experience in Transformation and Empowerment, Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment, Local Economic Development, Community Development and Small Business Development encompassing various fields of development including project design, financial planning, project management and enterprise development. His research interests include industrialisation, informal markets, economic development and sustainable development.
Mogale holds a PhD in Governance and Political Transformation from the University of the Free State (UFS). He also holds an M.Com. in Leadership Studies from the University of KwaZulu Natal, an M.Phil. in Governance and Political Transformation from UFS, a B.Com (Hon.) in Management from the University of the Western Cape. He has also completed short courses and advanced diplomas in Management from South African and international institutions. He is currently studying towards a Master of Development Studies at UFS.
