Junior Regional Analyst
Nobuhle is a Monitoring and Evaluation specialists in Social Policy, HIV/AIDS and the political economy of development in Southern Africa. She has research interests in the political economy of African policy-making. Her developmental interests are the local and global significance of ubuntu, especially the contested social and political uses of ubuntu.
Nobuhle holds a Masters in Development Studies from the University of KwaZulu Natal and B.Tech. in Management from the National University of Science and Technology in Zimbabwe. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Development Studies at the University of South Africa.
